2008 MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Membership in Grassfield R/C Club implies and requires service to the Club.

·         Service includes the donation of time and energies as the need arises for club projects and maintenance, and public events.

Membership also requires:

·         Proof of Current A.M.A. membership (applications are available from the Club and in issues of Model Aviation)

·         Completing all parts of this application form with proper signature of applicant and guardian for minors.

·         Paid dues (and initiation fee for new Open and Senior members not a member in 2007).

·         Adherence to both Grassfield R/C Club rules and AMA rules (indicated by signature on application).

Membership Dues: Please circle all that apply.

·         Open          $60      for those 19 or older by July 1, 2008, (add $20 for non-2007  members - see initiation)

·         Senior         $50      for those 65 or older by July 1, 2008, (add $20 for non-2007  members - see initiation)

·         Student       $20      for students 19 to 23 by July 1, 2008 (must include a copy of school ID card)

·         Junior          $1      for those not yet 19 by July 1, 2008

·         Initiation      $20      for all Open and Senior members not a member in 2007.

·         Newsletter  $5      Newsletter only membership (for non-flying members only)

·         Late fee      $10      for renewing 2007 Open and Senior members applying after 4-16-2008

Grassfield R/C membership requires AMA membership.  2008 membership renewal is required by 4-16-2008 to avoid paying the $10 late fee.  New members may pay dues from 10-1-2007 to 9-30-2008 for the 2008 season that ends 12-31-2008.  Your current membership card will be available after club registration is completed and current AMA membership is verified.  You must send a photocopy of your AMA card if applying by mail.  Verification via the AMA web site is not proof of AMA membership at this time.
